Project Objectives
Holden & Partners initially approached Umlaut Solutions to address several pain points in their use of Xplan. These included inconsistent data entry, disconnected tools, limited reporting capabilities, and underutilisation of the platform's potential. Their goals were to optimise Xplan to streamline operations and increase productivity, enhance business reporting and data analysis, improve data accuracy and consistency for better insights, reduce the cost and turnaround time of advice delivery, and strengthen staff knowledge and confidence in using Xplan.
