    Priivacy platform licensing is a fixed price for a defined term — no per-seat escalation, no data-volume metering, no end-of-year true-up. Every license includes the full detection library, all remediation tools, and all reports.

    Platform pricing applies to organisations with up to 1,000 active users. Larger environments scoped on first call. All prices in USD. Competitor pricing is based on core and options to meet minimum Priivacy platform capabilities.

    If you want help from USC Data — installing Priivacy, configuring detectors for your environment, interpreting scan results, or running a structured remediation program — professional services are scoped and quoted per engagement. A half-day session is billed as a half day. No retainer, no calendar-quarter billing.

    Premium Support — $6,000 / year

    Available as a standalone add-on to any active Priivacy license, or included in the Annual Premium.

    Standard Priivacy licensing includes access to documentation, the knowledge base, and community support. Premium Support adds a direct relationship with the USC Data Priivacy team: a named contact who knows your deployment, a priority response SLA, and four structured check-in calls per year.

    Exactly what you get — and what you keep.

    When a license expires

    When your Priivacy license ends, the platform stops processing new scans. Your existing data and findings remain in your environment — nothing is deleted, because Priivacy stores data locally. You have 30 days to export any reports you want to keep as files. You can reactivate at any time with a new license — your historical scan data is preserved. There is no data-destruction event.

    Renewal pricing

    We do not increase prices for renewing customers without notice. If list prices change, existing customers are offered their current rate for one further term before any increase applies. We will tell you in writing 90 days before renewal if pricing will change.

    What "up to 1,000 users" means

    The user count refers to the number of active accounts in your Microsoft 365 tenant or the number of employees whose data the platform will scan. It is not a restriction on how many people can log in to the Priivacy admin interface — that is covered by the 25 named-seat limit on the platform. If your organisation is close to 1,000 users, tell us on the first call — we'll confirm pricing before you commit.

    Auto-renewal and cancellation

    Annual licenses do not auto-renew without your explicit confirmation. We send renewal notices at 90 days and 30 days before expiry. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date with no penalty. Refunds are not available for completed license periods, but we will always scope honestly before you sign.

    No feature tiers. Every license is the full platform.

    The Priivacy platform does not have Basic, Professional, and Enterprise feature tiers. Every license — from the 60-day Starter to Annual Premium — includes the complete detection library, all remediation tools, and all report types. The only differences between licenses are the term length, the included support level, and the user seat count.

    No per-seat pricing. Platform licenses are for the whole organisation up to the stated user count. Subscription Standard includes up to 25 named Priivacy administrative users. If your IT team needs more admin seats, talk to us — it is not a hard limit.

Premium Support is included in the Annual Premium ($36,000) and can also be added to a 60-Day Starter or Annual License as a standalone add-on at $6,000/year.
